Are they going out of their way to continue to earn the business? Are you chasing them down? You know, where’s the flow of communication? Is it them to you or always you to them? And are they responsive? When you leave a message? Do they call you back in the same day? An email sent, how long does it take for them to respond? You need a change, you need something immediately, are they able to respond and take care of that for you? And I’m seeing more and more and more with the people that are shopping insurance that we come into contact with, that these things are not happening.”
