How Often Should I Update My Insurance Coverage? – Entrust Insurance, St. Clair Shores

Video Transcription

“Is there a life event change? You’re purchasing a new vehicle? Are you moving somewhere else? Depends, auto is usually more straightforward. If you need full coverage, you need full coverage. You might want to adjust your deductibles. If you begin earning more money, you may want to increase your liability coverage. On a home, it again can vary from – are you moving to a new location? Did you have a basement before now you don’t. You may want to remove a certain coverage or add a certain coverage. Geographically it’s different, we’re in St. Clair Shores. So we’re right next to Lake St. Clair. And everything that dumps into Lake St. Clair, it flows through us. So, water backups are far more common here than if we were further west. So you know, those are things that we keep in mind for the client as well, is where are you going? And for us to be vigilant and aware of what that person needs.”
